Plogem provides digital financial services, primarily facilitating secure international money transfers between the diaspora in Mexico and their families in Haiti. Transfers are executed via integrated mobile wallets such as MonCash and NatCash. We also provide global mobile top-up services.
While our platform implements bank-grade security for processing transactions, Plogem acts as a technology provider and does not operate as a traditional banking institution.
3. User Responsibilities
By registering for and using the platform, you agree to:
- Use the service exclusively for lawful, personal, or legitimate business purposes.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date, and verifiable identification information when required for compliance checks.
- Avoid any activity that may harm, overload, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.
- Not impersonate any individual or organization, nor use stolen financial instruments.

5. Account & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and two-factor authentication (2FA) devices. Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility. You must report any unauthorized use or suspected breach to our security team immediately.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep the platform accessible at all times to process your international transfers promptly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Routine maintenance, security updates, and external network factors in destination countries may cause temporary limitations.
7. Third-Party Services
Plogem integrates external financial networks (such as MonCash and NatCash) to deliver funds. These partners operate under their own terms and regulatory frameworks, and you implicitly accept their operational conditions when executing a transfer to their respective networks.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plogem is not liable for delays, interruptions, inaccuracies, or financial losses caused by external telecommunication services, inaccurate recipient details provided by the user, or network outages in Haiti.
9. Modification of the Terms
Plogem reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time to reflect regulatory changes or platform updates. Continued use of the service after modifications implies full acceptance of the updated terms.
